Plus, you will have access to our original PreDeveloped Content written specifically for dental websites.
Webstarter Packages come with 5 pages. We have two Premium Packages; our silver package comes with 7 pages and our Gold with 10. Please keep in mind that these numbers include 2 already dedicated pages, your ‘Homepage’ and ‘Contact Us’ page. You may tailor your site to fit all of your needs by adding extra pages for an additional $75 each.
Email Addresses
Email addresses are integral to your internet presence and through ProHealth Design, offer legitimacy to your practice. Choose your own addresses ending in your URL. (ex: info@yourURL.com) Some offices choose to give an email address to every staff member. Feel free to add on email addresses for an additional $30/year per address. These fees cover cost of bandwidth, storage and maintenance.
Domain Names
Your domain name creates a first and lasting impression. ProHealth Design will help you find and purchase the domain name that is right for your business. Unlike some competitors, you own your domain name outright and are free to take it with you throughout the years. To keep billing simple, your annual domain name fees are part of our site hosting package.
Our gold package offers multiple domain names to help your site maintain a strong search engine presence. Multiple domain names can keep your competition from registering a similar domain name that draws customers away as well as capture common misspellings instead of sending customers to an error page. Also, it allows more opportunities to market and be listed in search engines, giving you a distinct advantage in local search results.
Basic Webstarter Templates
Our Webstarter Templates offer great looks, easy functionality and are search engine friendly. Though basic, our Webstarter Templates are still eye-catching and professional.
Simply review our designs and select a Webstarter Template. Then select your site-hosting payment plan. You can either pay annually or monthly.
Premium Templates

All templates are professionally designed for optimum user experience; we want you to look unique. Our goal is to offer affordable and informational websites to health professionals, because we know that you do not have to spend a lot of money to have eye-catching and effective web presence. Most importantly, our templates have short life-spans to ensure our clients unique and individual looks at bottom-dollar.
Best of all, our Premium Templates are customizable. Personalize your site with a million-dollar view, a crisp skyline or your very own office. For an additional $150, you can submit your own photo to use as the main header image of your entire site.

A sitemap is a file written specifically for search engines to help them navigate through your site. It is an integral part of search engine optimization and shows search engines exactly what pages you have and what content they include. With this information, a search engine better knows how to include you in local search results.
Basic PreDeveloped Content | Available with Webstarter and Premium Packages
Our basic predeveloped content is treated just the same as our premium content. It is compiled by a team of experts in your field to be timely, accurate and appropriate for an internet audience. Our basic content includes home page/about us, services, choosing a dentist, and a structure for contact information.
You can choose to approve this content without changes, choose to not use this content at all, or choose to edit our content to fit your practice. We then ask that you submit your content. ProHealth Design is no longer responsible once any changes are made to our PreDeveloped Content.

With any Premium Package purchase, you will have access to hundreds of pages of medical content, written and compiled by a team of experts in your field. Our content saves you time by providing concise and content-rich material written specifically for medical websites. Most importantly, at the time of your purchase, you will have the opportunity to review and tailor all material to fit your needs.

ProHealth Design includes basic search engine optimization for every site because we want you found! Our basic internet marketing includes site submittals to major search engines, as well as local searches. We also develop every site with search engines in mind, so that your keywords, metatags and content all work together to deliver a precisely targeted audience.

Search engine optimization is complex and constantly changing. ProHealth Design takes the worry out of it by providing specialists to get your site in top search engine results, free of charge. Using advanced search engine marketing techniques our specialists work to integrate the best combination of metatags, keywords and inbound links to trigger major search engine responses. Our premium packages include this service at no extra cost to you. To maximize site visits, consider pairing ProHealth Design's complimentary search engine optimization with an online marketing campaign.

Internet browsers are more likely to complete our simple form, converting them into your new patient in seconds.
EZ appointment setting also helps you generate business from a whole new market, including hand-held and PDA users! This feature is included in our gold package but can be added on to the silver package for only $200.
Smile Gallery | Available only with Premium Packages
Showcase your work and demonstrate your office capabilities with our smile gallery. We will create a user-friendly slideshow with photos of your work for all internet browsers to access. Not only that but we can pair client testimonials with pictures to have unforgettable impact.
Submit up to 14 different pictures or 7 different clients (with before and after images) to show potential patients exactly what your office is capable of and why you beat out the competition. This feature is included in our gold package but can be added on to the silver package for only $450.

Virtual Office Tour | Available only with Premium Packages
Take your website to the next level with a user-friendly dynamic office tour. Potential clients will love seeing your state-of-the-art and comfortable office, putting them at ease for their first visit. Submit up to ten office photos to be compiled together into a flash video* that can be played directly from your site. You will be sure to stand out from the competition and make a lasting impression with our virtual office tour.

Custom Logo Design | Available with Webstarter and Premium Packages
Establish a strong and memorable impression with our custom logo design. We will pair you up with your very own designer who will work one-on-one with you to capture the essence of your practice. In the initial stage, your designer will discuss your mission and goals and will create three unique looks based off your practice. From there, you get to select one of the three options to elaborate on and perfect!

ProHealth Design Site Hosting and Maintenance | Available with Webstarter and Premium Packages
Our site hosting fees cover your site maintenance, hosting, and marketing. Your first year is included in a premium package purchase, after that only $475/year or $43/monthly. Site hosting is not included in the Webstarter package and can be paid in one annual installment or monthly from the time of purchase.
